American-Style Potato Salad

A simple American salad made from everyday ingredients. Even a beginner cook can make this American-style potato salad. The catch is that while it's very easy to put together, it needs to chill for at least 6 hours. You can serve it the usual way in a bowl, or on toast points or fresh lettuce leaves.
