Cooking method
Pour water into a small container, send it to the burner. When the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and lower the egg into it. We mark exactly one minute and after it we take the egg out of boiling water.
In a separate bowl, break the egg, salt, add olive oil and Worcestershire sauce, mix the ingredients and add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Fill up the salad and eat with pleasure!
