Prepare the ingredients. Chicken eggs are boiled hard-boiled in salted water (salt will not allow the shell to burst during cooking), cook the eggs for about 12 minutes, they should be well cooked, but not overcooked, so that the yolk does not acquire an ugly blue hue. Drain the hot water from the saucepan with eggs, pour cold water so that the eggs are easy to clean. We remove the shell from the chicken eggs, pass the eggs through an egg cutter or rub on a fine grater. Onions are cleaned from the husk and finely chopped with a knife, you can use a salad onion, it tastes sweet and practically does not contain bitterness. But ordinary onions are also suitable for this dish, they can be marinated in apple cider vinegar or sprinkled with boiling water. To do this, pour boiling water over the onion, and then we throw it into a colander, let the liquid drain. We open a jar with cod liver, knead it with a fork with butter. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. In a deep bowl, put chicken eggs, cod liver, onions. It is not uncommon to fill salads with cod liver with mayonnaise, but since these canned foods contain vegetable oil, it is better not to add a lot of mayonnaise. Or, instead of mayonnaise, it is better to use mustard, it perfectly emphasizes the taste of the snack ingredients. Mix the ingredients with the dressing. The spread is ready, we cool it in the refrigerator and serve it to the table with a loaf, white bread or biscuits. Enjoy your meal!
