Step 1:
Measure the ingredients.
Step 2:
Fill gelatin with water at room temperature.
Step 3:
Mix well and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Put the gelatin in a water bath and add honey. Heat the mixture well to fluidity and uniformity.
Step 5:
Sift the powdered sugar and make a hole in it.
Step 6:
Add gelatin honey. Stir first with a spoon. Then continue kneading on the table with your hands.
Step 7:
In the process, add a dye for a perfectly white color of the mastic. Then it will be possible to add other dyes. Without white mastic of milky color, and colored - not so clean and bright.
Step 8:
Wrap the finished mastic with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. To make the mastic easier to roll, crush the surfaces with powder or starch.
