1. Boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour cold water and cool. Peel off the shell.
2. Cut the eggs into two halves lengthwise.
3. Remove the yolks and mash them with a fork.
4. Finely chop the sprats and add to the yolks, mix until smooth.
5. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, stir well.
