Step 1:
Salad preparation products. The chicken fillet is already boiled and cooled. Nuts - fried in a frying pan to a ruddy hue. The raisins are thoroughly washed, poured with boiling water for 20 minutes, cooled. Carrots and onions are peeled and washed.
Step 2:
Cut onion into half rings, rub between fingers,

Add a little salt and sprinkle with sugar, add a drop of vinegar and pour boiling water. Then cool and squeeze.
Step 4:
Finely chop the chicken fillet.
Step 5:
Grate raw carrots and cheese (preferably on a small grater).
Step 6:
Chop walnuts.
Step 7:
Peel the orange, cut the pulp into cubes.
Step 8:
Assemble the salad by laying out the prepared ingredients in layers and smearing each layer with mayonnaise. The first layer is chicken + mayonnaise, then onion, mayonnaise.
Step 9:
Then - raisins + mayonnaise, carrots + mayonnaise.
Step 10:
The next layer is cheese + mayonnaise.
Step 11:
