Cooking method
Preparing the necessary products:
1. We put hard-boiled eggs.
2. My potatoes and carrots and also cook until tender (without peeling).
3. Ready-made eggs and vegetables are cooled.
4. Cut potatoes into small cubes, carrots and eggs (whites and yolks in separate bowls) three on a grater.
5. Put the cod liver in a bowl, knead with a fork.
6. Peel and finely chop the onion.
7. Chop the parsley.
Let's start assembling the salad:
1. Put potatoes on the bottom of a beautiful salad bowl with transparent walls, sprinkle it with a little salt and pepper, lubricate with mayonnaise (it is best to make a thin mesh of mayonnaise).
2. Put chopped onions and herbs on the potatoes.
3. The next layer is cod liver.
4. Put grated carrots on the liver of the cod, lubricate with mayonnaise.
5. Next - proteins and a mesh of mayonnaise.
6. The final layer is yolks.
It remains to decorate the salad with herbs and grains of red caviar and put it to cool for at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
