Step 1:
Ingredients. To make the salad take a minimum of time, the day before I baked a chicken breast (I needed 1 fillet for the salad) and boiled eggs. If desired, chicken fillet can be simply boiled in water.
Step 2:
Layer 1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, put it on a plate and form a kachanchik of corn. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Step 3:
Layer 2. Rub the eggs on a fine grater and spread the fillet on top. Cover with mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Layer 3. Onion, cut into small cubes and spread on top, because of the layer of mayonnaise, the onion is almost invisible, but it is there:) If necessary, cover with mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Layer 4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and spread it on top, as if making the surface slightly convex. Cover with mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Layer 5. And now the most interesting thing. We lay out a layer of cucumbers, it is best if the grains of cucumbers are large, then the process will be much faster.
Step 7:
Decorate the salad with green onion feathers. To do this, cut the feather lengthwise on one side and spread the corn on top of the salad, attach it to the mayonnaise. Our salad is ready. You can serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
