In addition to the taste advantages, the salad to some extent has a share of usefulness due to sea delicacies. All of them contain a large amount of protein, which is easily digested, as well as useful fatty acids and vitamins.
Squids have a rich amino acid composition and do not contain cholesterol.
Red caviar is especially appreciated for its high content of vitamins A, E, D and folic acid.

In order for squid to be soft, they cannot be digested. If, however, it was not possible to remove the squid from the water in time, then it is recommended to cook them for about 40 minutes. Only after that, the squid carcasses will be able to become soft again. However, then they will significantly decrease in size.

If the salad is prepared in advance, then it is better to decorate it with red caviar just before serving. This way the caviar will better retain its fresh glossy appearance.
