Step-by-step cooking
So, boil the squid in salted and already boiling water. Then we cool them and cut them into thin, thin strips. Chop the crab sticks. Now we remove the yolks from the eggs (for good, you can eat them or use them in some other dish, they are not needed here), and finely chop the whites. Mix everything, salt a little. Now carefully lay out the red caviar (we leave a little caviar for decoration) and mix again. We fill the salad with mayonnaise and put it in a salad bowl. Now we put red caviar in the center of it, and on top – a boiled quail egg with the ass up (so it will look more round). The egg plays the role of a "sea pearl" in our country.
