    1. Wash the plums, halve them, and remove the pits. 2. Peel the garlic; wash and seed the chili peppers. 3. Run the plums, garlic, peppers, and walnuts through a meat grinder. 4. Transfer the purée to a pot. Add the salt, sugar, curry powder, and ground black pepper. 5. Set the pot over the heat, bring to a boil, then cook the mixture for half an hour. 6. Ladle the hot sauce into jars sterilized ahead of time and seal with sterilized lids. Let the jars cool somewhere warm, then store the sauce in a cool place.
