Step 1:

Now the onion needs to be pickled, do it the usual way: lemon juice, boiling water or put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. I add a little apple cider vinegar

Mix and pour hot water. Leave to marinate for about 20 minutes. During this time, the bitterness should go away, but it's better to try it and, if necessary, leave it to marinate for a while longer

Meanwhile, the eggs are already cooked, fill them with cold water and leave to cool

Then we clean them and separate the yolks from the whites

When our onion is pickled, drain the water from it

We put the pickled onion on a plate with the first layer, and for beauty, I put 3 large lettuce leaves on a plate and I already put onions on it, but this is optional. Cut the smoked chicken into cubes and spread on top of the onion.

Lubricate well with mayonnaise. In my family, men love mayonnaise very much, and no matter how hard I try to wean them off, it's all to no avail!
