Step 1:
Ingredients. Boil eggs in advance, bake chicken fillet or boil.
Step 2:
Fillet cut into small pieces.
Step 3:
Grate the hard cheese.
Step 4:
Divide eggs into whites and yolks, grate separately.
Step 5:
We assemble the salad in layers. In order to make the salad easier to assemble, I used a ring from a detachable mold with a diameter of 20 cm. Layer 1 - chicken and mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Layer 2 - Korean carrots and mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Layer 3 - yolks and mayonnaise.
Step 8:
Layer 4 - cheese and mayonnaise.
Step 9:
Layer 5 - proteins and mayonnaise.
Step 10:
Decorate the salad with thinly sliced carrots. Let it brew for 2-3 hours and serve. Bon appetit!
