Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Cook hard-boiled chicken eggs. Then we cool them under running cold water and three on a fine grater. Crab sticks and processed cheese (the cheese must be from the freezer) also three on a fine grater. Put all the ingredients in a deep container and mix.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Now add a little mayonnaise, a clove of garlic passed through a garlic press and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients again so that the mass becomes homogeneous and sticky. Attention! You can't add a lot of mayonnaise to this snack, because because of this it will be more difficult to form a snowman and as a result it may turn out uneven.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We make round balls out of the resulting crab snack. All balls should be of different sizes: the lower ball is the largest, the middle one is slightly smaller, and the upper one is slightly smaller than the average and two more are very small. We smear all the balls with cream cheese so that in the end the snowman is really white. After that, we roll each ball in a coconut mug.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Put the balls on a board covered with cling film. We also cover them with a film and put them in the freezer for a while. After that, when they freeze, we take them out and begin to form the snowman itself. To do this, we install the balls on top of each other (3 pieces), starting from large to smaller. For the strength of the structure, we fasten them with toothpicks. Now we install two more toothpicks in the middle ball from the sides and attach the smallest balls to them.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Decorating a snack snowman. To do this, we form a triangular sharp spout from carrots. We take a green onion feather, and wrap it between the upper and middle balls – it turns out a scarf. You can fix the scarf with a carnation. We make a hat from a piece of rye bread by making two mugs: one larger, the other smaller and placing them on the top coconut ball. We install the eyes with the help of black pepper peas. Next, we decorate the snowman at will.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

When the snowman is fully formed, it must be put in the freezer. You should get the snack 15-20 minutes before serving it on the table.
