Step 1:
To prepare an original New Year's salad with smoked chicken breast, we prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
To prepare the marinade, cut one onion head very finely.
Step 3:
Put the chopped onion in a deep bowl.
Step 4:
Add half a tablespoon of salt to the onion bowl.
Step 5:
Add half a tablespoon of sugar to the bowl.
Step 6:
Also add one tablespoon of vinegar essence to the bowl.
Step 7:
Pour boiling water and mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
Step 8:
Cut one smoked chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 9:
Cut two red bell peppers into small cubes.
Step 10:
Three potatoes boiled in a uniform are grated on a coarse grater.
Step 11:
We put the grated potatoes in the first layer in a plate, level them and put a layer of mayonnaise on top with a mesh.
