Salt and pepper chicken fillet on both sides. Add chopped garlic to 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt, mix and coat the chicken fillet, transfer to a form greased with vegetable oil, bake for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
While the fillet is being prepared, we will prepare all the other ingredients for chicken sandwiches. Cut the cucumber into circles, the tomato into half rings, divide the lettuce leaves into 2 halves. We will also need a sandwich sauce: mix 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt with 1 teaspoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Cut the buns in half lengthwise, cut the finished chicken into thin slices.
Collecting chicken sandwiches. Grease each half of the bun with sauce, then spread lettuce leaves, tomatoes, chicken, cucumbers on the lower halves and cover with the top half of the bun.
