Step 1:
Prepare the products. Rinse the greens under cool water and dry them. Boil the eggs for 15-16 minutes from the moment of boiling and immediately cool them under cold water, they need "hard-boiled".

Then cut the eggs in half, separate the yolks into a deep bowl. Separate the parsley leaves from the stems and chop very finely. If desired, you can add other favorite greens, I often add a sprig of cilantro, dill and a small stalk of green onions.
Step 3:
Mash the yolks thoroughly, a fork will do well with this.
Step 4:
Drain the oil from the cod liver and add to the yolks. Again, work well with a fork, kneading and rubbing the mass, to achieve uniformity.
Step 5:
Pour in the greens, stir.
Step 6:
Remove the sample, add salt if necessary. Add a little mayonnaise, but without too much. If desired, sprinkle a little pepper. Mix everything well, the mass should be homogeneous and plastic, but not liquid.
Step 7:
Fill the egg halves. This can be done with a teaspoon or use a pastry syringe, bag. Decorate at your discretion. On weekdays I just use parsley leaves or dill greens. For a festive table, you can cook in the form of a themed boat; cut the bottom of the half of the protein a little for stability, put it on toasted toast bread / it should not be large /, stick a skewer-mast with a cucumber sail into the yolk mass.
