Cooking method
Cooking soup is not difficult, it turns out to be healthy and nutritious. In Korea, this soup is considered especially useful for women, for example, during breastfeeding. But not necessarily! Men will probably like this treat too! :)
1. We wash the dried seaweed, and then cut it into pieces (if necessary and desired). I wash beef fillet under running water, and it is best to use this part of the carcass, and then cut it into thin small plates. Peel the garlic clove from the husk, finely chop it with a knife (with a knife, and do not pass through the press).
2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat together with sesame (or other vegetable, but still better sesame) oil poured into it. When the oil warms up, put the pieces of beef in a frying pan and fry them until lightly browned.
3. Add the prepared seaweed to the meat pan, mix everything and cook for 1 minute. After that, we put everything in a saucepan, fill it with water and put the future soup on high heat, bring it to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat to low. Cook the soup for 15-20 minutes until the seaweed becomes soft.
4. Now add the chopped garlic to the pan, pour in the soy sauce. Mix everything well and taste the soup. If necessary, add more soy sauce or adjust the salinity with salt. Keep the soup on the fire for another minute, and then remove the pan from the stove.
Everything is ready! You can serve this healthy, fragrant and delicious soup with rice and kimchi. It is unusual, warming, and it smells of Asian countries. If you keep a package of dried seaweed in reserve, it's very easy and fast to cook this soup when you want to please yourself and your family with something special. In addition, it is a great option to surprise guests with an original dish.
Bon appetit!
