Lingonberry juice with orange and cinnamon

The same useful morse can be cooked from cranberries. Basically, I cook cranberry fruit drinks, since cranberries make quite specific-tasting drinks that are not very popular in my family. Therefore, if I cook something from cranberries, it's only for myself. Those who do not like cranberries, it is better to immediately change the berries to cranberries.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Wash the lingonberries, sort and dry them. Rub the berries through a sieve.

2. Transfer the cake to a saucepan, pour cold water and bring to a boil over low heat. Cook for about 10 minutes. Strain.

3. Remove the zest from half of the orange and squeeze out the juice. Cut the second half into semicircles.

4. Pour the lingonberry broth into a saucepan, add orange juice, zest, sugar and cinnamon sticks. Cook for 10 minutes.

5. Pour in the filtered cranberry juice, add honey. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

6. Pour the juice into cups, add a few slices of fresh orange to each.
