Step 1:
Cook the chicken for 20-30 minutes .

Also, while the broth is cooking, finely chop and fry the champignons in vegetable oil (we do not fry them much - until they are half cooked).
Step 4:
After 20-30 minutes of boiling the broth, pull out the chicken, if necessary, separate the chicken meat from the bones and finely chop it. Next, this meat, fried onions, carrots, mushrooms will be thrown into the broth. At the same time, salt the soup to taste, throw spices and bay leaf.
Step 5:
Pour cream into the soup and bring to a boil.
Step 6:
We throw noodles into the soup. Boil until the noodles are fully cooked (10-12 min.) and turn off.
Step 7:
That's it, your creamy noodle soup with champignons is ready! Pour on plates and decorate with finely chopped fresh parsley. Bon appetit!
