Cooking method
1. To begin with, defrost the cabbage in the microwave, setting the temperature to 15-20 degrees.
2. Then we put the seaweed on a sieve and wash it thoroughly under running water until the mucus goes away.
3. Boil the washed cabbage in boiling salted water for 15 minutes, then rinse again under running water and put it in a deep salad bowl
4. Hard-boiled eggs, peeled from the shell, cut into cubes, spread to the cabbage.
5. We fill the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
We serve it on the table, it's very tasty to eat with rice.
