Roasted Frozen Cauliflower

- Before roasting, boil the frozen cauliflower in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, then drain it in a colander. 2. Pour the pre-melted coconut oil into a large bowl, add the turmeric and caraway seeds, and add the prepared cauliflower. 3. Cover the bowl and shake vigorously so the oil and spices coat the florets as evenly as possible. 4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, until nicely golden. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
