Cooking method
1. Before further processing, we boil the frozen cauliflower in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, then we throw it into a colander.
2. In a large bowl, pour the pre-melted coconut oil, pour turmeric and cumin seeds, spread the prepared cauliflower.
3. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake vigorously so that the oil and spices are distributed as evenly as possible.
4.Spread the cabbage on a baking sheet in one layer, send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 25-30 minutes, until a beautiful golden blush.
Serve on the table sprinkled with chopped parsley.
