Cooking method
1. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, fill with cold water (1L), leave to swell for 3 hours, then throw them into a colander and wash them under running water.
2. The prepared wood mushrooms are boiled in boiling water for 15 minutes. 
3. To prepare the marinade, pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil, add pepper, cloves, vinegar and salt, mix.
4. Put the mushrooms in the boiling marinade, cook for 15 minutes, then remove them with a slotted spoon.
Ready-made pickled mushrooms can be eaten immediately.
