Chicken can be taken in any part of it, but the soup will be healthier and lower-calorie from the breast. The meat is washed and cut into small pieces. Potatoes, carrots are washed, cleaned. Potatoes are cut into cubes, carrots are grated on a grater. Finely chop the onion.
Put the meat and vegetables in a saucepan, fill with water, put on fire. Salt to taste. When the broth boils, remove the foam, reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 25 minutes. Then add the pasta, you can take any shape you want, mix so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan and cook for about 15 minutes more. Then turn off the fire and leave the soup under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
We serve soup with herbs.
