Wood mushroom salad with soy sauce in Chinese

Cooking method
1. Mushrooms are cleaned, cut into large pieces, boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes, thrown into a colander and washed under running water. 
2. Pepper is washed, cleaned from seeds, cut into strips. 
3. In a bowl we will prepare the sauce:pour soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, pour sugar, mix.
4. Chop almonds coarsely, chop cilantro with a knife.
5. In a deep salad bowl, combine the mushrooms with pepper, pour the prepared sauce, sprinkle with almonds and cilantro, mix.
Immediately serve on the table.
