Pita bread roll with pate

Cooking method
1. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled, cleaned, grated.
2. I wash the cucumber, dry it with paper towels, grate it.
3. Spread the pita bread on the work surface, evenly lubricate with pate.
4. Spread the eggs on top of the pate in an even layer, followed by a cucumber.
5. Lightly pepper, wrap the pita bread in a tight roll, and then pack it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
6. We cut the roll into pieces, serve it beautifully on a platter, decorate to taste and serve it on the table.
