Pita bread roll with pate

A simple snack option with Armenian lavsh. Pita bread roll with pate is a great snack option for a festive table or on weekdays. The dish is prepared very quickly in the presence of a ready-made pate, liver pate is used in this recipe. Eggs and cucumber perfectly complement the taste of the dish.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled, cleaned, grated.

2. I wash the cucumber, dry it with paper towels, grate it.

3. Spread the pita bread on the work surface, evenly lubricate with pate.

4. Spread the eggs on top of the pate in an even layer, followed by a cucumber.

5. Lightly pepper, wrap the pita bread in a tight roll, and then pack it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

6. We cut the roll into pieces, serve it beautifully on a platter, decorate to taste and serve it on the table.
