Lavash Roll with Pâté

A simple appetizer made with Armenian lavash. This lavash roll with pâté is a great snack for a party table or an everyday bite. It comes together fast when you have ready-made pâté on hand — this recipe uses liver pâté. The eggs and cucumber round out the flavor beautifully.
