Pâté Salad

Make a hearty salad from everyday ingredients. This pâté salad has won a lot of fans — it's filling enough to make a light supper of. It's especially good if the croutons are homemade, with no additives. The recipe uses liver pâté, though any kind will do.

    1. Hard-boil the eggs, cool them in cold water, peel, and dice. 2. Peel the onion, dice it as well, and sauté in sunflower oil until translucent. 3. Combine the eggs and onion, add the pâté, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix. Serve the salad sprinkled with the rye croutons. Enjoy!
