Step 1:
Chicken fillet (you can use any other part with meat) boil in salted water until ready, cool. Hard-boiled eggs, cooled, cleaned. If the onion is bitter, you need to pour boiling water over it. To do this, finely chop it and pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Potatoes are cooked in a uniform, cooled, cleaned. We wash the pickled mushrooms, finely chop them. Chicken meat is also finely chopped. Put chicken meat and mushrooms on the bottom of the salad bowl, lubricate with mayonnaise.
Step 2:
Next, a layer of finely chopped and scalded onions. Potatoes grated on a coarse grater on top. Lubricate the potatoes with mayonnaise.
Step 3:
Processed cheeses need to be frozen in the freezer to a solid state to easily grate. We take out well-cooled processed cheeses from the freezer, rub them on a coarse grater. We spread the cheese on the potatoes.
Step 4:
Separate the egg white from the yolk. Grind the yolk with a knife. Spread it on the cheese.
