Cooking method
1. Apricots are washed, carefully divided into halves, we extract the bones. Fill the container with apricots with sugar, leave for 2 hours so that they let the juice. 
2. Boil the apricots on low heat for 30 minutes, then remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
3. The second time we cook apricots also for half an hour, then add apricot kernels, lemon zest and nutmeg to them, cook until the syrup becomes thick, acquires a beautiful amber color. 
4. Fill clean pre-sterilized jars with jam, roll up the lids.
We store the blanks in the cellar.
We serve jam for tea, help yourself!
