Step 1:
Rinse rice in cold water 5 times, pour cold water at the rate of 1 to 1.25. Cook for 15 minutes under a lid on low heat. Turn off and leave under the lid for 10 minutes. Mix rice vinegar, sugar and salt and pour into the finished rice. Cool the rice. Prepare the products. I take these crab sticks for rolls - with the meat of a natural crab. Step 4:

Step 6:
Using a mat, twist the roll on one side.
Step 7:
Then with another one.
Step 8:
Expand, release from the film.
Step 9:
Transfer to a board and cut into equal parts with a knife.
Step 10:
Moisten the knife in cold water.
Step 11:
Put on a plate, put caviar on top.
