Cooking method
1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Parmesan three on a grater.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then pour the cream and add half a portion of parmesan, mix.
4. We keep the sauce on the fire for about 5 minutes, during this time we salt and pepper.
5. Combine the pasta with hot sauce, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan, decorate with thin plates of truffle.
Immediately serve on the table.
