Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To start, I will prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Soak the prunes in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain the liquid. I let it dry slightly and finely chop it into arbitrary pieces.
Step 3:
Rub carrots on a fine grater.
Step 4:
Mix grated raw carrots with finely chopped prunes and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Mix the mass and spread it on a flat dish, giving the base of the salad the shape of a heart with two bumps.
Step 6:
I rub the cheese on a fine grater, pass 1 clove of garlic through the press. And I mix it with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Ramming, I put the cheese mass on the carrot layer, keeping the shape of the salad.
Step 8:
Rub boiled beets on a fine grater.
Step 9:
Walnuts are crushed in the bowl of a blender.
Step 10:
I send them to the beetroot and add a garlic clove passed through the press. I fill it with mayonnaise and mix it.
Step 11:
Distribute the beet-nut mass over the cheese layer, leaving the upper part slightly open to simulate the neckline.
Step 12:
If you want, you can add "buttons" of cheese and olives to the design, so that the dish looks more like a corset.
Step 13:
Salad "Mistress" with beetroot is ready! It is advisable to put the salad in the refrigerator overnight, since on the second day the ingredients will already be sufficiently soaked and will reveal their taste as much as possible.
Such a cute dish will intrigue all tasters at first glance!
