Cooking method
1. Boiled beets are cleaned, cut into thin plates, spread on a flat dish.
2. Salmon meat is very thinly sliced, spread on top of beets.
3. With the help of tablespoons, we spread the curd cheese, giving it a neat shape.
4. Sprinkle the salad with capers, lightly pepper and pour olive oil.
Before serving, decorate the salad with basil.
