Cooking method
1. Cut the onion into half rings, spread it on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry it until translucent. We cook all the ingredients in turn.
2. Chicken fillet is washed, dried and cut into small pieces. We transfer the onion to a dish. Fry the fillets in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. We put the finished meat in a dish with onions.
3. Next, we prepare the Bulgarian pepper cut into cubes.
4. Add to the pan to the Bulgarian pepper, chicken fillet, onion and chopped ginger root, salt to taste. Season with soy sauce. Finely chop the hot pepper, after removing the seeds from it.
5. Boil the starch noodles according to the instructions, put them in a sieve as the water drains, put them in a frying pan and mix all the ingredients.
