- Slice the onion into half-moons, add it to a hot skillet with vegetable oil, and cook until translucent. (Cook each component one at a time.) 2. Rinse and pat the chicken breast dry, then cut into small pieces. Transfer the onion to a plate. In the same skillet with a little oil, sauté the chicken until golden brown, then add it to the plate with the onion. 3. Next, cook the bell pepper, cut into sticks. 4. Return the chicken, onion, and grated fresh ginger to the pan with the bell pepper, and season with salt to taste. Add the soy sauce. Finely chop the chili pepper, removing the seeds first, and stir it in. 5. Cook the glass noodles according to the package directions, drain in a colander, then add them to the skillet and toss everything together. Your glass noodle salad is ready!
