Chicken feet in Chinese

Ruddy delicious paws cooked in soy sauce! The recipe for cooking the dish is quite unusual for us, but it is very common and popular in China. It is better to eat the paws in a warm or hot form, sprinkle with chopped herbs and green onions.

Cooking method

1. We wash the chicken legs well, cut off the claws.
2. Put the paws in a saucepan and pour cold water and rice vinegar, as soon as it boils, salt and add sugar. From the moment of boiling, cook for 5 minutes, then pour out the water and let the excess liquid drain.
3. Put a saucepan on the fire, heat it up and pour vegetable oil. Fry the paws, laying out several pieces, until a golden crust forms.
4. Mix soy sauce with the rest of the ingredients, pour in a glass of water.
5. Pour the sauce into a saucepan with fried paws and cook for 20 minutes. The dish is served hot.
