- First rinse the chicken feet and trim off the nails. Put them in a pot, cover with cold water, and season with salt to taste. Once the water boils, cook the feet for 15 minutes. 2. Drain in a colander and let the liquid run off. 3. Heat a skillet, add sunflower or olive oil, and fry the chicken feet until golden brown. 4. Make the sauce by stirring together all the remaining ingredients, pour it over the fried feet, and cook for 5-10 minutes. 5. Sprinkle the finished feet with fresh herbs and serve while hot.
