1. We take out frozen strawberries from the freezer. Put them in a saucepan and pour 800 ml of water. You do not need to defrost the berries beforehand.
2. Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and add sugar to your liking. After the moment of boiling, boil the berries for another 5 minutes, during which time the drink will acquire a bright color and a stunning strawberry flavor.
3. Pour starch into the dish and pour cold water, mix well with a whisk.
4. Pour the diluted starch mixture into a saucepan with jelly, mix, do not bring to a boil, cook over low heat. As the jelly begins to thicken, we remove the pan from the fire. Let him cool down a little and treat him to an amazing strawberry drink!
