Cooking method
1. Wash the chicken legs, trim the claws. Transfer to a saucepan, pour water, salt to taste. As the water boils, cook the legs for 10-15 minutes.
2. Transfer to a sieve and let the liquid drain.
3. Mix soy sauce with grated ginger and garlic cloves passed through the press. Add salt and other ingredients.
4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the paws a little on both sides. Fill the paws with sauce, and send the pan to the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. We put the finished legs on a dish and decorate with herbs.
