Oven-Baked Chicken Feet

    1. Rinse the chicken feet and trim off the nails. Put them in a pot, cover with water, and season with salt to taste. Once the water boils, cook the feet for 10-15 minutes. 2. Drain in a colander and let the liquid run off. 3. Stir the soy sauce together with grated ginger and pressed garlic. Add salt and the remaining ingredients. 4. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and lightly brown the feet on both sides. Pour the sauce over the feet and put the skillet in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Arrange the finished feet on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs.
