Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. We defrost the currant and raspberry berries. Then we transfer it to a sieve and wipe it, removing the bones and the skin.
2. We put berry puree in a saucepan, pour 2.5 liters of cold water. Put on the fire, add sugar to taste.
3. In the remaining cold water, we dilute potato starch. We try to stir it so that there are no lumps. As the syrup boils, pour out the diluted starch. Stir the jelly constantly, cook, but do not bring it to a boil. We wait for it to thicken and turn it off. It is not necessary to cook for a long time, when the jelly cools down, it will become even thicker. Our vitamin drink is ready!
