Baked rolls with crab sticks

Cooking method

1. Boil the rice, for this we wash it well and cook it as indicated on the package.
2. Cut crab sticks and fresh cucumber into cubes.
3. As the rice has cooled down a little, salt it, pour in rice vinegar and add sugar, mix all the ingredients.
4. We distribute rice on a nori leaf with wet hands and tamp it a little, put crab sticks with cucumber and a strip of soft cream cheese for a roll in the middle of it.
5. With the help of a mat, we begin to roll up the roll, it should turn out to be quite dense. Cut into 6 pieces.
6. We put baking paper on a baking sheet, lay out the rolls on it, sprinkle grated cheese on top and send it to the preheated oven. We wait for the cheese to melt, and a golden, ruddy crust is formed, we take it out and serve it hot to the table.
