Cooking method
1. Boil the rice according to the instructions indicated on the package, then salt and season with sugar and rice vinegar.
2. Mix mayonnaise, crushed garlic, chili pepper and pour in soy sauce, mix all the ingredients well.
3. Crab meat or crab sticks, cut into pieces and mix with fillet of red fish.
4. We distribute the rice on a sheet of nori, spread the filling and roll it up with a mat into an elastic roll, which we cut into portions with a sharp knife.
5. We put baking paper on a baking sheet, lay out the pieces of the roll on it. Spread a teaspoon of sauce on top of each piece and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for five minutes. Immediately we serve hot rolls to the table.
