1. Soak the gelatin in cold water and leave for 15-20 minutes, at this time pour the juice into the pan. You can use juice from any fresh berries and fruits, for example, very tasty sweets are obtained from the juice of cherries, raspberries, currants. The fruit platter looks very nice.
2. We put a saucepan with juice on the fire and pour sugar into it, cook the syrup, periodically do not forget to stir. As it boils, cook for another 5-10 minutes, remove the foam and add water with gelatin. Then boil over low heat and filter through a sieve. If there are special molds, you can pour into them, I pour into square silicone baking pans. As soon as the mass cools down a little, we put it in the refrigerator. After a while, we take it out (the solidification time depends on the gelatin and the size of the mold), and cut the candies into squares, then we shift their plate with sugar and put it on a dish. It's time to treat!
