Cooking method

    Prepare several different colors of flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O) according to the package directions.

    Once they've set, cut them into cubes (use a hot, sharp knife). Tip all the cubes into a large dish and gently mix them together.

    Dissolve 2 packets of unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water (it will swell after 2–3 minutes). Add another 1 1/2 cups of boiled water to the bowl and stir. Pour in the can of condensed milk, stirring as you go. Mix everything well and let it cool.

    Pour the cooled white mixture over the colorful jelly cubes. Refrigerate the dish overnight. Serve cut into "gem" cubes. Enjoy!
