Frozen Berry and Gelatin Jelly Dessert

A tasty and wholesome berry dessert for grown-ups and kids alike! I really wanted to share our family's favorite dessert recipe. My husband and kids absolutely love this berry treat. Vitamins year-round — and a good mood to boot!

    1. To make the jelly, take the berries out of the freezer and let them thaw. Use whatever berries you have on hand — you could make it with just raspberries, for example, or add blueberries and other berries. Blend them into a purée. 2. While the berries thaw, soak the gelatin according to the package directions. 3. Pour the purée into a saucepan, stir in the sugar, and warm it over low heat. Add the gelatin and stir until it's completely dissolved. 4. Pour the jelly into pretty molds, and once it has cooled a little, refrigerate it until set.
