Salad does not require special skill, just a few simple manipulations - and the dish is on your table:
- boil the pasta in salted water until fully cooked, flip it into a colander, pour cold water over it;
- cut the bacon into small pieces;
- wash the spinach, dry it, chop it finely;
- wash tomatoes, cut into small cubes;
- in a separate container, mix mayonnaise with yogurt, add salt and pepper;
- put the prepared ingredients in a large bowl, namely: pasta, spinach, bacon and tomatoes, season with the resulting sauce, add garlic powder to the salad and pour red wine vinegar, mix;
- put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve the salad on the table, garnished with parsley. Bon appetit!
