Cooking method
1. In a large and deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mushrooms are washed, cut into thin plates.
3. Put the onion in the hot vegetable oil, fry until light golden, then add the chopped mushrooms, cook until the moisture evaporates completely, add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour coconut milk to the fried ingredients, let it warm up, spread the pasta and bring to a boil.
5. Pour the curry, mix, cover the pan with a lid and cook until the pasta is ready (if there is not enough liquid in the process, you can add boiled water).
Ready-made pasta is served on the table, garnished with parsley and topped with toasted peanuts.
