Cooking method
1. Fill the gelatin flakes with 50 ml of water and leave to swell for half an hour.
2. In the dish, mix the melted chocolate, condensed milk and gelatin.
3. Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil, wait until all the sugar has dissolved. Mix with the chocolate mass.
4. Titanium dioxide is dissolved in vodka and added to the glaze, after which it becomes snow-white. After that, you can add food dyes, coloring the glaze in the chosen color.
5. We send it to the refrigerator for a few hours, covered with cling film. Preheat to 30 degrees before use.
