- Rinse the tomatoes, cut a shallow cross in the skin of each, scald them with boiling water, and slip off the skins. Put the tomato paste and peeled tomatoes in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Select the "Multi-cook" program and set the temperature to 320°F (160°C). Pour oil into the slow-cooker bowl, add the ground meat, and brown for 5 minutes, then add the Italian herbs, salt, and pepper and cook another 5 minutes. Transfer the meat to a separate container, stir in the puréed tomatoes, and mix well.
- Keeping the same program, melt the butter in the slow-cooker bowl, add the flour, and cook for about 1 minute. Stirring constantly, pour in the milk, then add the nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and keep cooking the sauce for 10 minutes. Pour it into a separate container.
- Assemble the lasagna: grease the slow-cooker bowl with olive oil and spread a little white béchamel and meaty bolognese over the bottom. Lay down lasagna sheets, top with a layer of bolognese, sprinkle with grated cheese, and spoon over some béchamel. Build up the whole lasagna this way, finish with the remaining white sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook the lasagna for 25 minutes on the same setting and temperature as before.
- When the timer beeps, call everyone to the table!
- Enjoy!
