Italian lasagna from ready-made sheets

Prepare an Italian dish for lunch, surprise the family! Classic lasagna will serve as an excellent lunch for a good company of relatives and loved ones. The dish, of course, is not for every day, since it will take not 20 minutes, but more. I cook on weekends, or on a special occasion, as I work late every day. I share the recipe, try it!

So, put the minced meat on a hot frying pan, pour olive oil, knead the minced meat with a fork, fry for 5 minutes. Peel the onion and garlic, chop with a knife, spread to the minced meat, fry until the onion is transparent, then add tomatoes in their own juice, salt and a mixture of Italian herbs. Simmer under a closed lid for 40 minutes.

Melt butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom, then add flour, stir the mass and pour in warm milk (we pour in milk not all at once, but in parts, stirring the sauce well each time so that there are no lumps), cook until thickened. Salt the Bechamel and enrich with nutmeg, mix, remove from heat.

It is not difficult to assemble lasagna: we put a little Bechamel sauce in the mold, level it with an even layer. We spread the lasagna sheets, cover them with fragrant Bolognese, pour white sauce and lay out new lasagna sheets. Having collected the lasagna in this way, sprinkle the surface with grated cheese and send the mold to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
