    1. Wash the chicken fillet and boil it until cooked through in lightly salted water. Once it cools, pull it apart into shreds.
    1. Wash the carrots and boil them until tender, let them cool, then peel.
    1. Put the raisins in a small bowl, cover with boiling water, and let stand for 10 minutes, then drain in a sieve to get rid of as much moisture as possible.
    1. Peel the onion and slice into quarter-rings, pour boiling water over it, leave for 5 minutes, then drain. Sprinkle the onion with the sugar, pour over the vinegar, and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
    1. Peel the oranges, remove the membrane from each segment, and break them into small pieces.
    1. Assemble the salad (individual bowls or cups work best for serving): layer the shredded chicken, season with ground black pepper, and spread with mayonnaise; add the onion, then the raisins on top, then a layer of carrots spread with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and scatter it over the surface. Chop the walnuts and scatter them over the cheese. Garnish the salad with orange segments and pomegranate seeds.
  • Serve the "Mistress" right after assembling.
  • Dig in and enjoy!
