- Wash the chicken fillet and boil it until cooked through in lightly salted water. Once it cools, pull it apart into shreds.
- Wash the carrots and boil them until tender, let them cool, then peel.
- Put the raisins in a small bowl, cover with boiling water, and let stand for 10 minutes, then drain in a sieve to get rid of as much moisture as possible.
- Peel the onion and slice into quarter-rings, pour boiling water over it, leave for 5 minutes, then drain. Sprinkle the onion with the sugar, pour over the vinegar, and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Peel the oranges, remove the membrane from each segment, and break them into small pieces.
- Assemble the salad (individual bowls or cups work best for serving): layer the shredded chicken, season with ground black pepper, and spread with mayonnaise; add the onion, then the raisins on top, then a layer of carrots spread with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and scatter it over the surface. Chop the walnuts and scatter them over the cheese. Garnish the salad with orange segments and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve the "Mistress" right after assembling.
- Dig in and enjoy!
