Salad mistress in cream bowls with oranges

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 40 min

1. My chicken fillet, boil until tender in lightly salted water. When the fillet cools down, we divide it into fibers.

2. Carrots are also washed, boiled until tender, allowed to cool, then cleaned and boiled until tender.

3. We put the raisins in a bowl, pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, then we throw them on a sieve to remove all moisture to the maximum.

4. Peel the onion, cut a quarter into rings, pour boiling water over it, leave it for 5 minutes, then drain the water. Sprinkle the onion with sugar and pour vinegar, let it marinate for 20 minutes.

5. Peel the orange, peel each slice from the film and break into small pieces.

6. We collect salad (it is better to choose portioned cremans or bowls for serving): spread the chicken fillet, sprinkle with ground black pepper, grease with mayonnaise, then spread the onion, raisins on top of the onion, then a layer of carrots, which we smear with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle the surface of the salad. Walnuts are chopped with a knife, spread on top of the cheese. Decorate the salad with orange slices and pomegranate seeds.

We serve the "Mistress" immediately after assembly.
